Bee Creative is the name of a new, original coworking concept that Capital Park Group has introduced in one of its flagship projects – Royal Wilanów office building in Warsaw. A creative space with 650 sq.m. area is dedicated to freelancers, small companies and remote or part-time workers.

The coworking space in Royal Wilanów consists of 20 office rooms, two conference rooms and
a common open space with 22 ergonomic and fully equipped workstations. Capital Park Group took over the coworking area, which operated in the building from July 2018, and reorganized it according to their own original concept. The investor thoroughly modernized the rooms and implemented there a new infrastructure with numerous facilities, including a kitchen equipped with household appliances, a dining room with a water dispenser and a wall with fresh herbs,
a leisure room, stationary bike powered battery chargers and office accessories. As Capital Park Group is a promoter of urban beekeeping, there is also an apiary on the roof of the building, with five beehives, owing to which the coworking space took its name. Interior design also refers to the beehive – with dominant natural elements, vivid green and honeycomb-shaped details. The place is also animal-friendly – pet owners can bring their animals to work.

We closely follow the development of coworking market in Poland and when the opportunity to create such a place in Royal Wilanów appeared, we did not have to think twice. Bee Creative’s success even exceeded our expectations. The concept turned out to be very popular and we will develop it further.

All the available area has been already leased. Capital Park Group is preparing to extend it by further 700 sq.m. Bee Creative offers a variety of service packages. The two basic ones are designed for people or companies that do not have their own office, but need to have the address to register their businesses and to have their correspondence handled. The other packages offer renting an office or an entire room for work. The users gain access to the office building’s facilities, can use bicycle parking stands, locker rooms and showers. They also receive a discount card valid in stores, service points and restaurants.

Royal Wilanów is a modern office and mixed-use building, opened in August 2015, situated in the very center of the Warsaw’s Wilanów district, in front of the town hall and near the Wilanów Palace. This four-storeyed building provides 29,5700 sq.m. of A+ class office space and 7,180 sq.m. of the commercial area for shops, services and restaurants. For convenience of the employees and visitors of the building, there are 920 car parking places and facilities for bikers, with locker rooms and showers.

Royal Wilanów has been designed with a number of environmentally friendly and user friendly solutions, and this is why it has been certified under BREEAM International, Europe Commercial 2009 scheme with VERY GOOD rating. By the end of 2018, 95% of the office area and 98% of the retail and service area were leased. The key tenants of the building are: Erbud, General Property, Medicover, Boehringer Ingelheim, Gedeon Richter, Lindt & Sprungli and Artis Wellness Club. The food and restaurant offer is represented by: Azia Restaurants, Foods by Ann Healthy Store, Trattoria Rucola, Pinsa, Kuchnia Otwarta, Nama Sushi, Green Cafe Nero, Bistro Royal and YEYE – Mex Food and Music Bar. Royal Wilanów is also a shopping destination with unique concept stores, such as the largest NIKE store in Poland, COOK STORY by Samsung, or the first Warsaw’s showroom of the brand La Millou.
