GROUP HISTORY


Capital Park Group is an investor, developer and asset manager in the real estate market in Poland. Over its 20 years of operation, the company has built a high-quality project portfolio consisting of modern office, mixed-use, retail and residential spaces, including assets like Royal Wilanów and revitalized Norblin Factory. Currently, Group manages a portfolio of properties with a total area of 172,000 sq.m. and a market value of 2.8 billion PLN. The company is in the process of preparing for additional unique multifunctional projects, such as Nowy Wełnowiec in Katowice and Polski Hak in Gdańsk. From 2013 to 2023, the company was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

    • Establishment of Capital Park

  2. 2005

    • Purchase of real estate owned by Neptun Film
    • Starting cooperation with the Patron Capital Partners Group

  3. 2007-2009

    • Acquisition of Eurocentrum investment – Alfa building at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw
    • Purchase of a plot in Wilanów for the construction of the Royal Wilanów investment
    • Purchase of land from the former Norblin Factory at 51/53 Żelazna Street
    • Purchase of further investment plots in Warsaw and Łódź

  4. 2011

    • Commissioning of the Racławicka Point office building
    • Establishment of the first Street Mall Vis à Vis in Radom

  5. 2012

    • Start of construction of the Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw – Beta and Gamma buildings

  6. 2013

    • Start of construction of the Royal Wilanów investment
    • Debut of Capital Park SA on the WSE main market

  7. 2014

    • Commissioning of Eurocentrum Office Complex – Beta and Gamma buildings

  8. 2015

    • Completion of the Royal Wilanów investment on 1 Klimczaka Street
    • Beginning of reconstruction of the Galeria ZASPA facility in Gdańsk as part of JV with the Akron Group

  9. 2017

    • Launch of the Norblin Factory revitalization project
    • Completing the modernization of the ETC shopping center in Swarzędz

  10. 2018

    • Completion of the Hampton By Hilton Old Town Gdańsk investment
    • Completion of the Street Mall Vis à Vis Wilanów investment
    • Completion of the second stage investment Rezydencje Pałacowa

  11. 2019

    • Launch of cooperation with Madison International Realty LLC
    • Sale of the Eurocentrum Office Complex

  12. 2020

    • Acquisition of 14.1% of shares in the Company by Europi Property Group AB
    • Payment of the first dividend in the Company’s history

  13. 2021

    • Sale of the Eurocentrum Hotel and Residence project located in Warsaw’s Ochota district
    • Completion of the 46-month revitalization of the Norblin Factory – obtaining an occupancy permit
    • Opening of the original, KinoGram boutique cinema

  14. 2022

    • Publication of the company’s first Sustainable Development Report
    • Final purchase of two plots of land in Gdańsk – Polski Hak – with a total area of 1,3 ha
    • Acquisition of a tenement house in Szczecin for a residential project
    • 2022 ULI Global Awards for Excellence for Norblin Factory

MANAGEMENT


Our team consists of highly qualified professionals with many years of experience in the real estate market as well as in the investment and development sector in Poland. They are specialists from various areas, possessing the knowledge necessary to search for new projects, conduct projects of due diligence of potential real estate, raise financing, obtain the required regulatory permits, develop conceptual, construction and executive designs, implement development projects, as well as commercialise and administer them.
