Rezydencje Pałacowa is a suburban villa development located in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, consisting of 48 houses built in two phases: the first phase of the investment included 24 houses, was completed in 2013 and was 100% sold. Phase II was completed in the third quarter of 2018. The estate is inspired by modernist residences from the 1930s. It stands out for its original design, comfort and security.
