It is one of the most prestigious locations in the heart of the Tri-City, on a promontory surrounded by the Motława River estuary to the Martwa Wisła River.
The planned project will be built on a 1.3-hectare plot and will include residential buildings, which will be enriched with commercial and service functions on the ground floors of the buildings. An extremely important part of the project is a recreational promenade with catering services and carefully designed greenery along the renovated waterfront, open to all residents of Gdańsk and tourists. The architecture of the project has been designed so that most of the flats have a view of the river. The winning architectural concept for the development of the area was designed by the Warsaw-based studio JEMS Architekci.
