The Norblin Factory is a multifunctional complex in the heart of Warsaw’s Wola district. After many years of revitalisation of the former Norblin factory, Bracia Buch i T. Werner has reopened to the city, delighting visitors with its historic buildings, into which modern architecture has been integrated.
The Norblin Factory has over 65,000 sq m of usable space. The dominant function in the project is modern offices, which occupy as much as 41,000 sq m, while the remaining 24,000 sq m from level -1 to +2 is multifunctional space.
Visitors to the Norblin Factory can enjoy unique cultural, entertainment and dining concepts, including: the original boutique cinema KinoGram, the organic market BioBazar, the largest dining area in the capital with Food Town, Piano Bar with live music in one of the oldest buildings of the complex, the Norblin Factory Museum, which commemorates over 200 years of history of this place, the immersive space Art Box Experience, as well as shops and commercial and service premises.
The complex offers its customers 724 spaces in an underground car park, bicycle racks located throughout the facility, as well as 96 spaces in Poland’s first automatic underground car park for two-wheelers.
Despite its historic character, the design takes energy efficiency into account, and its implementation in accordance with the principles of sustainable development has been confirmed by BREEAM certificates at the ‘Very Good’ level (for the commercial part) and “Excellent” (for the office part). The complex also has a certificate of accessibility from the Integration Foundation, ‘Barrier-free facility’.
