Galeria Zaspa is the new face of the first shopping centre in the Tri-City. The building was modernised by Capital Park Group as part of a joint venture with Akron Group and opened in April 2016.
In 2017, the Group purchased the remaining shares in the investment from Akron Group and is now the 100% owner of the property. The architectural design and interior design elements of Galeria Zaspa refer to the history of the building, which originally served as an aircraft hangar.
The building offers 8,683 sq m of space, with 30 shops and service outlets on two floors, and a car park in front of the centre with approximately 180 free parking spaces for customers. The shopping centre is located in the heart of Gdańsk’s Zaspa district at 33 Rzeczpospolitej Avenue, the main thoroughfare of the Tri-City.
