Eurocentrum Office Complex is the largest green office building complex in Warsaw, located on Aleje Jerozolimskie. It offers top-quality office space (81,000 sq m) and comfortable catering and service space (4,000 sq m) in the form of an internal passageway located on the ground floor and connecting all four buildings.
The complex was designed in accordance with sustainable development standards, as confirmed by Eurocentrum’s LEED Platinum certification, the highest level available. The complex has a modern conference centre that can accommodate up to 200 people at a time. One of the first urban apiaries in our country was created on the roof of Eurocentrum. Eurocentrum has extensive cycling infrastructure, which includes 178 parking spaces for two-wheelers, changing rooms, showers, bicycle repair stations, a Veturilo station and electric car charging points in the underground car park.
