Management

Our investment management and coordination cover every stage of a project – from initial planning and execution to sales, leasing, and ultimately handing over the property or exiting the investment.

These activities span multiple areas, including design and construction, marketing and PR, sales and leasing, financing, accounting, and related legal matters. Management also involves coordinating designers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and law firms directly engaged by the investor.

Additionally, we oversee the Investment Business Plan and Budget, work closely with banks, monitor financial performance, conduct financial controls and accounting, and report results directly to investors.
