Two new concepts for children at Fabryka Norblina

In recent weeks, Warsaw’s Fabryka Norblina, part of the Capital Park Group portfolio, has expanded its offer for children with two new concepts: SOFi BERi and Oh my Bear! Both tenants respond to the needs of modern parents looking for carefully curated products for the youngest family members.

SOFi BERi is a concept dedicated to children aged 0–14, which has opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Poland at Fabryka Norblina. The store is located on level +1 of the Plater building and was created with conscious parents in mind—those seeking products that combine safety, high quality and timeless design. The SOFi BERi offer includes, among others, clothing and footwear from premium international brands, seasonal accessories, educational and creative toys, as well as baby layette items. Nearly 300 sqm of thoughtfully designed retail space allows parents to see, touch and test carefully selected products. The store is open from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

The second new tenant is Oh my Bear!, located on level -1 of the Plater building. This is an intimate boutique offering iconic teddy bears and products by the Steiff brand, clothing made from natural, high-quality fabrics, accessories for children, as well as small items supporting everyday rituals of closeness. Oh my Bear! refers to the history of the brand. In 1880, Margarete Steiff sewed a small felt elephant. Children loved it, and this marked the beginning of the Steiff brand. In 1902, her nephew Richard created the first teddy bear with movable limbs. Since then, the company has been producing exceptional plush toys loved by children and adults all over the world. Steiff also has a long history of collaboration with fashion designers and fashion houses. Among the most important projects are the Polo Bear for Ralph Lauren and a limited-edition teddy bear created in collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld. Selected Steiff products are also available in the Hugo Boss offer.

– The opening of SOFi BERi and Oh my Bear! is another step in developing Fabryka Norblina’s offer for children. We are creating a place where parents can find carefully selected products, while children gain space for play, education and developing their passions. It is important to us that the entire complex is family-friendly, which is why we regularly organise family and cultural events and invest in amenities that support spending time together – says Kinga Nowakowska, Management Board Member and Chief Operating Officer of Capital Park Group.

The opening of SOFi BERi and Oh my Bear! complements the rich ecosystem of family attractions available at Fabryka Norblina. The complex consistently develops its offer for the youngest visitors. On level -1 of the Plater building, Smart Kids Planet operates educational, sensory and creative zones together with its partners, Smart Kids Store offers toys and accessories supporting children’s development, Chocobon tempts with sweet treats, while the popular safari-style carousel and a free slide guarantee movement and joy throughout the day.

Among the cultural attractions are the boutique KinoGram cinema with films for children and families, the immersive art gallery Art Box Experience currently presenting the exhibition “Romantic Chopin”, as well as the multi-user VR space Art Box Metaverse, inviting children and adults into the world of “Fairy Tales – the City of Lost Stories”. The Fabryka Norblina Museum, presenting the history of one of Warsaw’s key former industrial plants, offers family tours with guides dressed in period costumes, workshops and museum lessons that introduce children to the site’s history and production processes in an engaging way.

Thanks to the combination of gastronomic, retail, cultural and entertainment offerings, Fabryka Norblina is becoming one of the most popular family destinations on the map of Warsaw.
