The multifunctional complex on Żelazna Street in Warsaw is turning four! September celebrations have already become a tradition—filled with music, fun and free, unique attractions for the whole family. This year’s anniversary weekend will take place on 20–21 September and, as always, will fill Fabryka Norblina with an unforgettable atmosphere. The slogan of the celebration is: “We want you to have a great time!” – and the organizers have made sure there is something for everyone.
Anniversary Saturday – 20 September
The day will begin with attractions for the youngest visitors. From 12:00 to 16:00, the Plater building will host animations and competitions for children and their parents, prepared in cooperation with Smart Kids Planet—an element that attracts hundreds of participants every year.
At the same time, children can also enjoy activities prepared by the Muzeum Fabryki Norblina, including a Kamishibai storytelling theatre with the tale “An Adventure in the Factory.” During the workshop “The Master’s Mark: stamping and punching,” participants will try their hand at punching metal plates and learn about authentic hallmarks and their meanings. An additional attraction will be the outdoor game “Find the Mark!”, leading guests through the Museum along the traces of former masters.
A birthday surprise has also been prepared by Art Box Experience, which will invite guests to the immersive exhibition “Romantic Chopin.” Two free guided tours will be available at 14:00 and 15:00, each for 30 people. Participation requires prior registration.
From 18:00, a brass band parade will begin across Fabryka Norblina, followed in the evening by the highlight of the programme: a free WODECKI / PATER concert (free tickets available via the Fabryka Norblina app). This project has won audiences’ hearts at the Wodecki Twist and Męskie Granie festivals. The stage will feature, among others: Paulina Przybysz, Natalia Grosiak, Wiktor Waligóra, Wiktor Dyduła, Dawid Tyszkowski and Piotr Odoszewski. The concert will also be broadcast on screens in Fabryka Norblina’s internal street and in selected venues.
After the concert, the party will move to Gimlet LIVE Hall, where an afterparty with Aelin & DJ Gris will continue until 02:00.
Retro Sunday – 21 September
The second day of celebrations is a meeting with the history and atmosphere of old Warsaw. From 12:00 to 16:00, retro attractions will take place in Werner Passage, while the Muzeum Fabryki Norblina will offer free guided tours every 20 minutes, with no registration required.
A real treat awaits visitors in the new entertainment space—Art Box Metaverse. Guests will enter Hotel Dracula—a spectacular VR adventure narrated by Daniel Olbrychski. Two free entry sessions will be available at 15:00 and 16:00 (10 places per group). Prior registration is also required.
Birthday guests can also enjoy brass band parades and mini concerts, as well as a unique show titled “Fashion in Old Cinema,” prepared by the Rowery Zabytkowe Zabrze Association. This extraordinary journey into pre-war cinema will bring iconic figures such as Eugeniusz Bodo and Jadwiga Smosarska back to life on stage, complemented by period costumes, music and scenes.
The finale will be a concert by Warszawskie Combo Taneczne, combined with a dance party.
Fabryka Norblina’s birthday is more than just an event—it is a tradition permanently embedded in Warsaw’s calendar and an opportunity to celebrate together in a space where history meets modernity. Once again, the sounds of classic hits will resonate along Żelazna Street, and Fabryka Norblina will become a place full of energy, joy and shared experiences.
