Norblin Factory at ULI report

The “New Urban Poland” report, presented during the ULI Poland conference “MATRIX OF REAL ESTATE” held in April at Norblin Factory, highlights contemporary urban projects shaping the development of Polish cities. Capital Park Group is a partner of the report.

Prepared by the Urban Land Institute, the report features 14 selected developments from across Poland that serve as examples of modern mixed-use projects. It demonstrates how such investments contribute to urban growth, improve residents’ quality of life, and support local communities. The publication places particular emphasis on urban planning, placemaking, and sustainable development.

Among the featured developments is Norblin Factory – the flagship project of Capital Park Group and a prime example of successful revitalisation, transforming a post-industrial site into a vibrant, multifunctional urban destination.

Marcin Juszczyk, Managing Partner of Capital Park Group and Chair of ULI Poland, was also involved in the preparation of the report.

The “New Urban Poland” report represents an important contribution to the discussion on the future of cities and the direction of the real estate market, highlighting the role of projects that integrate multiple functions and respond to contemporary urban and social challenges.
