Norblin Factory is expanding its range of services aimed at those seeking high-quality health, fitness and personal care services. Two new concepts have joined the complex’s tenant line-up: KNOX – the first boutique HIIT studio and the first official lululemon partner studio in Poland – as well as Warszawska Izba Lordów, a brand that has been operating in Warsaw’s barber services market for many years. In total, they have taken up over 500 sq m of space within the complex.
The complex’s latest tenant is KNOX – Poland’s first boutique high-intensity interval training (HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training) studio, which has just opened its doors at Fabryka Norblina. The concept occupies over 420 sq m. and offers a new approach to functional training. At the heart of the KNOX studio is the proprietary KNOX Method – a 50-minute ‘Run & Lift’ session combining running intervals on a treadmill with strength training. Sessions take place in two zones – running and strength training – and participants work at a pace set by the trainer, building both endurance and strength. The programme has been designed to meet the needs of people at every level of fitness – from beginners to athletes preparing for competitions or HYROX events.
What sets KNOX apart is not only the training itself, but also the way it is delivered. The space has been designed as an immersive training environment, where lighting, music, the pace of the sessions and the latest Technogym equipment come together to create a cohesive experience. The club-like atmosphere, distinctive red lighting and professional sound system ensure that the workout is an engaging experience from the very first minute to the very last. Alex Castro, the project’s Head Coach, is responsible for the training method. For ten years, he served as Head of Curriculum and Master Trainer at Barry’s Bootcamp, training coaches in London, New York and Dubai, amongst other places. KNOX is also Poland’s first official partner studio of lululemon – a premium Canadian brand specialising in training clothing and accessories, recognised as one of the global leaders in the activewear sector.
In addition to the training area, guests also have access to the KNOX Café, which serves signature protein shakes, matcha and coffee, as well as a space designed to promote recovery and foster a sense of community around the studio. KNOX is located on level -1 of the Plater building within the Warsaw complex.
The Warsaw Chamber of Lords strengthens the Health & Beauty zone
The Warsaw Chamber of Lords has also joined the ranks of tenants at Norblin Factory. The brand, which has been operating in the capital since 2016, has built its reputation on high standards of service, an experienced team of barbers and a unique approach to men’s grooming, drawing, amongst other things, on the classic traditions of British barbering.
The new 90 sq m salon is the brand’s third location in Warsaw, alongside its existing outlets in Śródmieście and Powiśle. The range of services includes barbering and hairdressing, beard care, traditional straight-razor shaving, as well as skincare treatments, manicures and pedicures, catering to the needs of customers seeking a comprehensive range of men’s grooming and style services.
The salon is situated on the first floor of the Plater building and further strengthens the Health & Beauty zone being developed at Norblin Factory.
