Capital Park Group is an investor, developer, and asset manager in the Polish real estate market.
Over the past 20 years, we have built a high-quality portfolio of projects, spanning modern office, retail, mixed-use, and residential spaces, including landmark assets such as Royal Wilanów and the revitalized Norblin Factory.
Today, we manage a property portfolio covering 150,000 sq m with a market value of PLN 2.9 billion, and we are preparing further distinctive mixed-use developments, including Nowy Wełnowiec in Katowice.
Between 2013 and 2023, the company was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Jan Motz
President of the Management Board
Founder of Capital Park Group and President of the Management Board, Jan Motz brings over 40 years of experience in the real estate sector. He oversees the planning, financing, and execution of the company’s unique commercial projects, with a special focus on office, retail, and mixed-use developments.
Marcin Juszczyk
Managing Partner, Vice President of the Management Board
A strategic leader at Capital Park Group since its inception, Marcin Juszczyk brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. He oversees the Group’s investment and financial activities, ensuring the continued growth and success of its projects.
He graduated from the Cracow University of Economics and, since October 2023, serves as the Chairman of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Poland.
Kinga Nowakowska
Board Member, Chief Operating Officer
Since 2007, Kinga Nowakowska has been a key member of Capital Park Group, serving on the Management Board as Chief Operating Officer. She is deeply involved in the Group’s flagship projects, including Royal Wilanów and the Norblin Factory.
Kinga holds a degree in Law from the Sorbonne University in Paris, specializing in International Business Law.
