Capital Park is a company with over 20 years of experience in both public and private markets, having delivered a series of prestigious projects in collaboration with international and local investors. From 2013 to 2023, the company was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, reflecting its strong presence and credibility in the capital market.
We are a private company with a decade of experience in the capital markets. Even after returning to a private ownership structure, we consistently maintain the highest standards of management transparency, corporate governance, and ESG compliance. We conduct regular dialogue with investors, building long-term relationships based on trust and open communication. Our partners include Polish pension and investment funds, the London-based private equity fund Patron Capital Partners, the US investor Madison International Realty, Hundle (a Twin Focus spin-off), the Vienna-based Akron Group, and Sweden’s Europi Property Group.
The company has built its trust in the capital market through the execution of successive projects, successful project exits, and new financing rounds, while simultaneously developing strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. In 2012, we issued secured bonds worth PLN 100 million, strengthening cooperation with pension and investment funds. In 2013, Capital Park raised PLN 136 million through its first public offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Between 2014 and 2016, the company secured PLN 170 million from unsecured bond issues, and in 2016, the Eurocentrum project was refinanced with a EUR 124 million investment loan from Bank of China. In 2017, we secured over EUR 38 million through the issuance of unsecured Eurobonds and obtained a EUR 159.3 million loan from Bank Pekao SA for the revitalization of Fabryka Norblina, along with an additional EUR 62.5 million to refinance Royal Wilanów. In 2018, the company secured EUR 60 million in financing from the European Investment Bank.
We continue our strategy of executing compelling projects in collaboration with investors. Our goal is to achieve double-digit IRR through investments in the largest cities in Poland and key urban centers across Europe, with a focus on the residential, commercial, and hotel sectors. Our strategy includes co-investing with reputable partners in carefully selected projects, enabling efficient risk diversification and full control over the investment process and asset management.
