Today, the Group manages a property portfolio with a total area of 150,000 sq m and a market value of PLN 2.9 billion. It is currently preparing further distinctive mixed-use developments, such as Nowy Wełnowiec in Katowice.
Between 2013 and 2023, the company was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
