Residences Pałacowa is a suburban villa estate located in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, consisting of 48 houses completed in two stages: the first stage of the investment covered 24 houses, it ended in 2013 and was 100% sold. Stage II was completed in the third quarter of 2018. The estate is inspired by modernist residences from the 1930s. It is distinguished by its remarkable shape, comfort and safety.
