Capital Park Group is an investor, developer and asset manager in the real estate market in Poland. Over its 20 years of operation, the company has built a high-quality project portfolio consisting of modern office, mixed-use, retail and residential spaces, including assets like Royal Wilanów and revitalized Norblin Factory. Currently, Group manages a portfolio of properties with a total area of 172,000 sq.m. and a market value of 2.8 billion PLN. The company is in the process of preparing for additional unique multifunctional projects, such as Nowy Wełnowiec in Katowice and Polski Hak in Gdańsk. From 2013 to 2023, the company was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Our team consists of highly qualified professionals with many years of experience in the real estate market as well as in the investment and development sector in Poland. They are specialists from various areas, possessing the knowledge necessary to search for new projects, conduct projects of due diligence of potential real estate, raise financing, obtain the required regulatory permits, develop conceptual, construction and executive designs, implement development projects, as well as commercialise and administer them.
Capital Park Group founder and President of the Management Board with 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He oversees the preparation, financing and implementation of the company's unique commercial projects, in particular office, commercial and multi-functional facilities.
With Capital Park since 2007, serving as its Chief Operating Officer. She is involved in the Group's largest projects, and since 2009 she has been responsible for the implementation of the prestigious Norblin Factory project. She is a graduate of the Paris Sorbonne at the Faculty of Law, specializing in International Business Law.
Has played strategic roles in the Capital Park Group since its inception. He combines the roles of CFO and Chief Investment Officer. He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics. He is a Fellow Member of ACCA and ULI Poland Executive Committee Member.
