Poczta Polska, which leased the area of 148 sq.m., will open the premises for the customers of Vis à Vis Wilanów by the end of summer. In August, the pet store Pet Expert will also be launched. It will operate in the mall under the brand ZooZoo.pl. The store of this tenant will take up 67 sq.m. of the Vis à Vis retail area. In the coming months, the range of shopping center services will also be complemented by a new tenant from the beauty sector – the salon Touch of Art Permanent Beauty. On the surface of nearly 50 sq.m., the salon will offer professional beauty treatments, as well as nail, eyebrow and eyelash care treatments. The optical center Optique Wilanów will also complement the offer of the mall, taking up an area of 47 sq.m. Additionally, from July, a parcel locker (“paczkomat”) InPost will start operating in Vis à Vis Wilanów, enabling the mall’s customers to pick up the ordered parcels.

– When we opened the fourth center of our Vis à Vis street mall chain six months ago in Wilanów, we aimed to create a destination addressed to a very conscious consumer, for whom the quality of purchased products, the convenience of shopping and the high standard of everyday services are the most important values. Today I can say that we fully met this assumption. Vis à Vis Wilanów is fully leased, and we have fantastic brands and tenants with a diverse offer on board. They are both large global brands and smaller local retailers – says Kinga Nowakowska, Operational Director and the Management Board Member in Capital Park Group.

The Warsaw Vis à Vis mall, opened on the 1st of December 2018, is a compact, friendly convenience center, situated at 219 Przyczółkowa Street, at the border of Błonia Wilanowskie and Powsin, by the road 724 connecting Warsaw with Konstancin-Jeziorna. A planned expressway junction of the Warsaw Express Ring Road S2, which is being developed a few hundred meters from the mall, will soon enable easy connection with the main city access roads. The total lease area of the mall is over 4,000 sq.m., with 17 stores and service points, leased by such renowned retailers, as the first Warsaw’s restaurant of MAX Premium Burgers, Hebe, RTV Euro AGD, Decathlon, and also by some local operators, such as a food shop “Kwestia Smaku”, a dry cleaner’s “Lemon Fresh”, a grocery store “Owoce i Warzywa Świata”, a wine store “Vininova” and a newsagent’s store GLM.
