The hallmark of this part of the portfolio is the development project regarding the former industrial site of the Norblin Factory in Żelazna Street in Warsaw. The ArtNorblin project will be unprecedented on a European scale, as the architecture will combine historical buildings with modern space and integrate commercial, culture-generating, educational, entertainment, gastronomic and office functions. The site, located virtually in the centre of Warsaw, will be comprehensively redeveloped in economic, social and cultural terms, to create new city space.
Royal Wilanów is a high-class office and service building located in the very heart of Wilanów, in the prestigious neighbourhood of the historic complex of parks and royal gardens of the Wilanów Palace, housing estates of Miasteczko Wilanów and newly-created fragment of the district with future town hall and a shopping centre.
