Commercial Projects

The Capital Park Group portfolio includes a number of profitable commercial high street properties. It is made up of 45 facilities located in 40 Polish cities. Commercialisation and day-to-day management of the facilities are the tasks of the Capital Park Group’s internal teams, making the Group’s portfolio generate higher profitability and stable revenue. The key lessees of the Capital Park Group include Bank BZ WBK, Polbank, Bank Millennium, MultiBank, Alior Bank and retail chains such as Rossmann, CCC, Żabka, Pepco and Textil Market.

Capital Park Group also constructs its own local shopping malls under the proprietary street mall brand of “Vis a Vis”, based on the strip mall format which is extremely popular in the US. These are small and friendly shopping malls located in the city’s main streets. Their characteristic feature is a selection of shops and outlets aimed to enable the customer to buy everything and run all other errands in one venue.
